Shipping & Return Policy

All KNIFE SALES ARE FINAL.  However, our return policy grants a 48 -hour window, from the time of arrival to visually inspect your knife to ensure it is free of all manufacturing defects. Defects must be accounted for and reported within 48 hours.

To qualify for a return, your item must have a manufactures defect and remain in the same pristine condition in which it was delivered, completely unworn or unused, with all original tags, and still within its initial packaging. Additionally, please ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

For starting a return, reach out to us via email at [email protected]. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and furnish you with detailed instructions regarding the steps and the destination for sending your package.

Kindly note that items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect all items, and promptly contact us with in 48 hours if you come across any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and rectify it for you.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom orders and custom knives. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the purchase of a custom knife, please reach out to us for clarification before making a purchase. Unfortunately, returns and refunds cannot be accepted for custom knives, sale items, gift cards, spas, or items sold “as is.” 

Refunds and Returns:

All sales are final. However, if your knife qualifies for a return we will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. We will inform you of the status, and if approved, when to expect your replacement.

Standard Shipping Details

When you place an order, we will work as fast as possible to get your order shipped out with in 48 Hours.

We currently only ship to the continental U.S. using Priority Flat Rate.
